Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 4 1/2 cups vegetable broth

Directions:

  1. Heat oil over medium in large pot.
  2. Add onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, cinnamon.
  3. Cover and cook 10 min.
  4. Add chili powder and flour.
  5. Stir 3 minutes.
  6. Whisk in broth.
  7. Boil on medium-high until reduced to desired consistency.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Whisk in chocolate until melted.
