Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour (sifted)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows (plus additional)
  • 3/4 cup butter (melted )
  • 1/2 cup cocoa

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar and oil,add flour,cocoa,eggs,and vanilla fold in nuts and marshmallows.
  2. Pour in a buttered 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake 325* for 20 minutes while hot sprinkle on more marsmallows to melt.
  4. Frosting: mix all and pour over cake swirling in the marshmallows.
