All I can say is this is sweet but oh so good Ingredients:
1 cup oil |
2 cups sugar |
1 1/2 cups flour (sifted) |
1/2 cup cocoa |
4 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts |
2 cups miniature marshmallows (plus additional) |
3/4 cup butter (melted) |
1 lb powdered sugar |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
1/2 cup cocoa |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and oil,add flour,cocoa,eggs,and vanilla fold in nuts and marshmallows. 2. Pour in a buttered 9x13 pan. 3. bake 325* for 20 minutes while hot sprinkle on more marsmallows to melt. 4. Frosting: mix all and pour over cake swirling in the marshmallows. |
