All I can say is this is sweet but oh so good
Ingredients:
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour (sifted)
1/2 cup cocoa
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows (plus additional)
3/4 cup butter (melted)
1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup cocoa
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and oil,add flour,cocoa,eggs,and vanilla fold in nuts and marshmallows.
2. Pour in a buttered 9x13 pan.
3. bake 325* for 20 minutes while hot sprinkle on more marsmallows to melt.
4. Frosting: mix all and pour over cake swirling in the marshmallows.
