Directions:

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.
  2. Place 1 cookie on the bottom of each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Pour batter evenly across muffin cups.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until centers are almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with fresh fruit.
