Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup meat drippings or 1/3 cup poultry dripping
  • 2 cups broth, warm or 2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour , unsifted

Directions:

  1. Combine drippings and flour in 4 cup glass measure. Stir in broth. Season to taste.
  2. Microwave on High for 2 minutes or until thickened.
