Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine sugar and flour in a large bowl and cut in butter until it coarse crumbs form.
  3. Press crust into an 8x8 or 9x9 greased pan and bake 15 minutes.
  4. Topping:.
  5. Turn oven to 350.
  6. Combine dry ingredients (except pecans) in a large bowl.
  7. In a separate bowl blend wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
  8. Fold in pecans.
  9. Pour over crust and bake 25 minutes.
