Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups finely chopped apples
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 lb butter

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Add cream, egg, vanilla and beat until smooth. Add apples. Mix and pour into pie shell.
  2. For topping, mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Spread over top of pie filling. Bake 25-30 minutes at 425.
