Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak beans overnight, drain.
  2. Simmer until beans are soft (2 hours), drain.
  3. Mash the beans with a fork.
  4. Mix the milk, spices and beans.
  5. Add hot sauce if you like it.
  6. Serve on vegetables sticks, low-salt crackers or low-salt tortilla chips.
