Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roughly cube all vegetables.
  2. Spray baking tray with olive oil and put veg in one layer.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar & olive oil, crushed garlic,salt & pepper.
  4. Roast in hot oven appx. 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from tray and mix with flaked tuna.
  6. Serve over pasta.
