Directions:

  1. In 5-quart saucepan heat oi l.
  2. Add onion, garlic, chili powder, basil leaves, oregano and cumin.
  3. Cook, stirring, 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
  4. Add zucchini and carrots.
  5. Cook, stirring, 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Reduce heat; simmer 30 to 35 minutes.
