Mayonnaise Biscuits (Cookies)

Ingredients:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar, extra

Directions:

  1. Sieve flour and baking powder, set aside.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, sugar, salt and vanilla paste.
  3. Add the flour to the mayonnaise and mix well.
  4. Depending on the brand of mayonnaise you may need to add an extra tablespoon of flour if it is still sticky.
  5. Form into small balls and roll in extra sugar.
  6. Place onto baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
