Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp vinegar or 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil (less if mixture thickens quickly)

Directions:

  1. Put first six ingredients in blender.
  2. Cover and pulse for just a few seconds.
  3. Uncover and add salad oil gradually while the motor is running.
  4. Blend until very thick and smooth.
