Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. On a piece of waxed paper or other protective surface, make a mound of the powered sugar and form a well in the middle.
  2. Cut the butter into small pieces into the well.
  3. Pour in the boiling water.
  4. Knead the dough until it is well mixed.
  5. Add the peppermint oil and food coloring and knead again until the color is even.
  6. To mold, scoop out 1/2 teaspoon of dough ad roll in granulated sugar.
  7. Press the ball into the mold.
  8. Refridgerate until it is firm.
  9. Unmold on a piece of waxed paper and allow to dry.
