Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium/low heat.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
  3. Blend in dry Jell-O.
  4. Pour over popcorn, mixing well (a long-handled wooden spoon works well).
  5. With buttered hands, shape into balls.
  6. Let dry on waxed paper.
  7. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
  8. Kids can do the measuring, and shape the popcorn mixture into balls when it is cool enough.
  9. These are a fun treat for camping and picnics.
  10. Make sure Handy Wipes are available for sticky hands!
  11. Number of popcorn balls is dependent on how large you make them; make another batch instead of doubling recipe.
