Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over brisket. Marinate in refrigerator over night. Place in covered roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees until tender, basting occasionally. It will need to cook for 3-4 hours at least. IT's best if cooled, sliced and allowed to sit in the gravy before serving. IT's even better the next day.
