Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1 medium banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F Lightly grease baking sheets. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups cookie mix, coconut, banana, vanilla and egg. Beat well.
  2. Stir in chopped nuts and oats.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets.
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are browned.
