Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 f. Cut a 2-inch slit into each plantain and wrap with aluminum foil. Bake for 40 mins, peel the plantains and arrange them on a serving platter. Drizzle olive oil over all and season with salt.
