Light Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp parmisian cheese grated
  • 1 5 long sweet potato

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Cut off both ends of sweet potato and peel. Cut into 1/2 (or less) sticks.
  3. Put sticks into bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Toss until all sticks are covered.
  4. Spray a cookie sheet with no-stick cooking spray, and arrange sweet potato sticks in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, turning once, or until desired crispness is achieved.
