Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Soak bran cereal in skim milk for about 5 min to soften.
  2. Add oil, applesauce and egg beaters then mix.
  3. Add sugar and baking soda mix through.
  4. Add 1 1/4 cups flour mix throughly.
  5. Optional add 1/3 c raisins.
  6. Put in muffin tin 6 jumbo or 12 reg.
  7. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min until done.
