Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Grate peel. Mix cream, milk and sugar.
  2. Add to peel.
  3. Place in bowl in freezer until firm.
  4. (about 6 hours).
  5. Mash and add juice of lemons.
  6. Mix.
  7. Cover.
  8. Return to freezer until firm.
