Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp tarragon

Directions:

  1. Cut up and cook mushrooms in butter till they give up their water.
  2. Add left over beef.
  3. Sour Cream and tarragon.
  4. Heat and serve.
