Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup oil (optional)
  • 2 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced cabbage
  • 1 medium onion, sauteed

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and place in 8-cup baking dish.
  2. Bake covered about 1 hour until rice is soft.
