Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp msg ( option)
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/3 cup lemongrass
  • 3 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Blend garlic and lemongrass together.
  2. Put steak in large bowl and add all of the ingredients and mix them.
  3. Let it sits for 30 to an hour or overnight.
  4. Grills steak for 15 to 20 min on each side or until done.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
