Landlocked Crab Dip

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz crab claw meat (or which ever you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Finely dice celery and green onion.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Chill until ready to serve (we started eating it right away).
