Fast, easy, and just what we were craving. I'm really bad about measuring seasonings especially when I'm just playing it by ear, so feel free to adjust as needed.
Ingredients:
6 ounces crab claw meat (or which ever you prefer)
1/4 cup green onion
1/4 cup celery
5 ounces low-fat cream cheese
3 tablespoons fat free sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Finely dice celery and green onion.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Mix well.
4. Chill until ready to serve (we started eating it right away).
