Fast, easy, and just what we were craving. I'm really bad about measuring seasonings especially when I'm just playing it by ear, so feel free to adjust as needed. Ingredients:
6 ounces crab claw meat (or which ever you prefer) |
1/4 cup green onion |
1/4 cup celery |
5 ounces low-fat cream cheese |
3 tablespoons fat free sour cream |
1 1/2 teaspoons old bay seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Finely dice celery and green onion. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients. 3. Mix well. 4. Chill until ready to serve (we started eating it right away). |
