Ingredients:

  • 250 g lamb cubes
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp each of the following
  • pepper pwd
  • all spice pwd
  • cinnamon pwd
  • corriander pwd
  • cumin pwd

Directions:

  1. Mince everything in a food processor for a minute .
  2. Divide into small portions .
  3. Shape into balls .
  4. Fry into golden brown .
  5. Serve with mint jelly .
