Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash strawberries, cut stems off and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in medium mixing bowl. Cut ends off kiwi and peel. Quarter kiwi, cut into bite-size pieces and add to strawberries. Add strawberry syrup and mix. Refrigerate.
  2. Remove frozen cake from packaging and place on a microwave-safe plate; a paper plate is o.k. too. Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until cake is thawed. Cut cake in half widthwise, then in half horizontally, making 4 equal pieces of cake. Place 1 cake on each serving plate and cover if not serving right away.
  3. Just before serving, divide pudding equally on top of each cake. Divide strawberry mixture equally over pudding. Serve.
