Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Mix sugar and flour in a large bowl. Set aside.
  3. Add the nuts, eggs, butter and chocolate chips and vanilla to the sugar/flour mixture and mix together.
  4. Pour into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Cool Completely.
  7. **Variations:.
  8. Use mint chips instead of chocolate chips.
  9. Use 2 tsp of rum or bourbon instead of vanilla.
