Junior Mint Ice Cream Ribbon Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place 1 pack of junior mints in freezer.
  2. Melt remaining mints with butter, microwave 30-45 seconds or in saucepan over low heat.
  3. Spread the 2 cups ice cream into prepared crust.
  4. Drizzle with melted mints.
  5. Place in freezer until chocolate is set, about 10 minutes.
  6. Chop frozen mints and stir into 3 cups vanilla ice cream.
  7. Spoon on top of set chocolate.
  8. Loosely cover and freeze several hours or overnight.
