Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Grease a bundt pan really well (or make cupcakes).
  3. Mix sugar, eggs, and oil together then add dry ingredients and mix well. fold in apples chunks and bake for 40 minutes. let cool completely before removing from pan.
