Ingredients:

  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 piece of bread--put it under the facet to get it wet. ring all the water out and crumble it up over the meat.
  • 1/2 cup of dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 or 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • the meat will be almost white from the cheese. you can control the cheese if you want a smaller amount. this is very tasty.

Directions:

  1. Add all these ingredients to a big bowl. Mix with hands.
  2. Shape into small 1 inch balls
  3. Place on a slotted rack with dripping pan underneath
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
