Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1 tbsp caraway seed (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Knead and shape with hands.
  3. Bake in 9 inch pie plate.
  4. Temperature: 375-400 F (190-205 C) Time: 30-40 minutes.
  5. Ready when tapped and it sounds hollow.
