1927- Peanut Butter Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 - cups flour
  • 4 - tsp baking powder
  • 1- tsp salt
  • 1/3- cup sugar
  • 1/2 - cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 - cups milk

Directions:

  1. Sift the first 4 ingredients together
  2. Add the peanut butter
  3. Beat the mixture well till blended
  4. Now add the milk, beat well
  5. Pour the batter into a well greased bread pan and bake at 350 degrees f. for 1 hour
  6. This will make one large loaf or 2 small loafs..................
