Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place dry ingredients: instant coffee, artificial sweetener, and optional seasonings as desired in bottom of a glass.
  2. Add vanilla extract.
  3. Add hot water and stir.
  4. Add vanilla soy milk and stir.
  5. Add ice cubes if soy milk is not chilled enough.
  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and cardamon for a more elegant presentation.
