Honey-Pecan Cheddar Bites

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut cheese into 36 cubes.
  2. Insert a toothpick into each cube.
  3. In a small saucepan, bring the honey to a boil and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
  4. Let cool slightly.
  5. Dip each cheese cube into honey, then into pecans.
  6. Serve warm with spiced cider, if desired.
