Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (extra virgin olive oil if you have it)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Mix oil, milk and egg.
  2. Add honey and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  5. Pour in a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
