  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F/120 degrees C.
  2. Combine cereals, peanuts, pretzels, and raisins.
  3. In a small bowl blend butter, cocoa, sugar; stir into cereal mix.
  4. Toss until coated.
  5. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, stir every 15 minutes.
