Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Dissolve mustard in vinegar.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly, cook in double boiler to desired thickness (at least 10 minutes).
  3. Pour into containers, cool, cover and keep refrigerated.
