Homemade Mustard Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry mustard |
1/2 cup cider vinegar |
1/2 cup water |
2 egg yolks |
1 cup sugar |
3 teaspoons cornstarch |
1 cup dry mustard |
1 cup cider vinegar |

1 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Dissolve mustard in vinegar. 2. Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly, cook in double boiler to desired thickness (at least 10 minutes). 3. Pour into containers, cool, cover and keep refrigerated. |
