Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
  3. Mix well with a whisk; set aside for now.
  4. Cream the sugar and butter until the mixture forms like a grainy paste.
  5. Add in the eggnog, vanilla extract and egg yolks.
  6. Beat on medium speed until smooth.
  7. Add the flour mixture and beat at low speed until combined, but do not over mix.
  8. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
  9. Lightly sprinkle with nutmeg.
  10. Bake 23-25 minutes or until bottoms are light brown.
  11. Let cool completely.
