Holiday Cranberry Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) bag cranberries (frozen if possible)
  • 4 -5 medium jonathan apples
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 (1/3 oz) boxes cherry jell-o (small)
  • 2 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. Make jell-o according to package directions and let set.
  2. Mix orange juice, pineapple, and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Grind apples and cranberries in food processor.
  4. Add apples and cranberries to juice and sugar mixture.
  5. Add mixture to set jell-o.
  6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, overnight if possible.
