Grouper and New Potatoes with Dill Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine Miracle Whip, yogurt, vinegar, mustard, and dill; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to mellow.
  2. In a large saucepan of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, brush with lime juice. Broil 4-5 inches from heat 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Place on individual serving plates with potatoes on the side. Spoon on dill sauce and serve.
