Grouper and New Potatoes with Dill Sauce |

Adapted from Polly Pitchford's recipe, Full Spectrum Health?. Original Miracle Whip, plain yogurt, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, new potatoes, grouper fish fillets, salt, pepper, lime juice cvt Ingredients:
1/4 cup original miracle whip |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill |
1 pound new potatoes, halved |
12 oz grouper fillets, cooked per recipe, net from 16 fresh fish |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine Miracle Whip, yogurt, vinegar, mustard, and dill; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to mellow. 2. In a large saucepan of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, 15 minutes. 3. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, brush with lime juice. Broil 4-5 inches from heat 3-4 minutes on each side. 4. Place on individual serving plates with potatoes on the side. Spoon on dill sauce and serve. |
