Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef on high heat
  2. Add green peppers
  3. Add garlic, onion and chili powders
  4. Add canned tomatoes; chop tomatoes into small pieces if desired
  5. Simmer
  6. Spoon 1/2 cup ground beef mixture into taco shells, tortillas or wraps; add 1/4 cup cheese, lettuce, tomato and cucumber
