Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray
  3. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl
  4. Dump mix into baking dish and cover
  5. Bake 35 minutes or until rice and broccoli are tender
  6. EAT UP!
