Grapefruit Sorbet With Pomegranate Seeds

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium.
  2. Heat; cook 5 minutes.
  3. Combine sugar mixture and grapefruit juice.
  4. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Top each serving with pomegranate seeds.
