Grandma's Creamed Cucumbers

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup miracle whip
  • 1 dash salt (to taste)
  • 1 dash pepper (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Slice the cucumber thinly, into a med-size bowl.
  2. Add the Miracle Whip, and milk. Stir Well.
  3. Add the vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Let sit in the Fridge for about 30 minutes.
