Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Mix 1 egg, a touch of milk, a pinch of baking powder and a dash of salt.
  2. Add flour to make thick paste substance.
  3. Spoon into boiling broth or gravy and allow to cook with meal.
  4. *Note: the more milk the fluffier the dumplings.
