Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and brown sugar in bowl until light and fluffy. Add bananas, eggs and vanilla; blend well. Add dry ingredients alternately with the buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 325* for 1 1/4 hour or until loaves test done. Cool on wire rack.
