Ingredients:

  • this is an old family recipe that has been passed down through at least 4 generations that i know of. they are easy and delicious.
  • 2 tbsp crisco
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Drop 5 or 6 teaspoons of batter into a frying pan 1/2 full of oil. Fry till golden brown. Drain on brown paper. Coat with powdered sugar or sugar and cinnamon. ENJOY!
